Data processing takes place at the legal and operational offices of the company and is carried out by means of the operations indicated in Art. 4 Privacy Code and Art. 4 No. 2) GDPR and namely: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your personal data are subject to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing.

Transfer of data to non-EU countries

The data provided will be processed only by persons authorized to process and appropriately trained. The data collected may be communicated to any company related to or employed by Omnienergy S.r.l. that will use them for the same purposes under which they were collected. The rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the data controller as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed and, if so, to obtain access to the personal data and the following information:
  • the purposes of processing;
  • the categories of personal data in question;
  • the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, particularly if recipients in third countries or international organizations;
  • the intended retention period of personal data or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine this period;
  • the existence of the data subject's right to request from the data controller the rectification or erasure of personal data or the restriction of the processing of personal data concerning him or her or to object to their processing;
  • the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority;
  • the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, at least in such cases, meaningful information about the logic used, as well as the significance and expected consequences of such processing for the data subject.

Right under Art. 17 of EU Reg. 2016/679 - right to erasure

The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the data controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay, and the data controller shall be obliged to erase the personal data without undue delay if one of the following grounds exists:
  • personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
  • the data subject withdraws the consent on which the processing is based in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) and if there is no other legal basis for the processing;
  • the data subject objects to processing under Article 21(1) and there is no overriding legitimate reason for processing, or objects to processing under Article 21(2);
  • personal data have been unlawfully processed;
  • personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which the data controller is subject;
  • personal data were collected in relation to the provision of information society services as defined in Article 8(1) of EU Reg. 2016/679.

Right under Article 18 Right to limitation of processing.

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the restriction of processing when one of the following cases occurs:
  • the data subject disputes the accuracy of personal data, for the period necessary for the data controller to verify the accuracy of such personal data;
  • processing is unlawful and the data subject objects to the deletion of personal data and instead requests that their use be restricted;
  • although the data controller no longer needs it for the purposes of processing, the personal data is necessary for the data subject to establish, exercise or defend a right in court;
  • the data subject has objected to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1), EU Reg 2016/679 pending verification as to whether the data controller's legitimate grounds prevail over those of the data subject.

Right under Article 20 Right to data portability

The data subject has the right to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format personal data concerning him or her that has been provided to a data controller and has the right to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance from the data controller.

Withdrawal of consent to treatment

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data by sending an express notice to the following address: info@omni-energy.it . Upon completion of this operation, your personal data will be removed from the archives as soon as possible.
